QDRO / DRO Preparation & Review Services

  • $600 initial retainer per QDRO*

  • Draft QDRO / DRO to divide retirement and pension plans due to a divorce

  • $250 per QDRO review; review draft QDRO / DRO prepared by others and issue a comment letter regarding changes or pitfalls

  • Obtain pre-approvals from Plan Administrators (if the Plan does approvals)

  • Submit final, approved QDRO / DRO to attorneys for filing with the Court and final submission for processing

 

* Initial minimum non-refundable retainer of $600 covers first 3 hours of services rendered.

  • $600 per Pension Valuation*

  • $250 per review of opposing expert valuation

  • Present Value Pension benefits

  • Review valuations prepared by others and issue comment letter

Pension Valuation Forms

Marital Tracing & Investment Gain / Loss Analysis

  • $1,500* initial minimum retainer to trace the marital portion of retirement accounts

  • *1,500* initial minimum retainer to trace and calculate the investment gain/loss on both marital and non-marital values of accounts

*  Initial minimum fee of $1,500 covers the first four (6) hours of services rendered

Expert Witness Testimony

  • $3,500 minimum retainer fee 

  • Expert witness testimony for all QDRO issues, pension valuations, marital tracing and investment gain/loss calculations

IRA rollover, investment management & post-divorce financial planning

  • Through affiliated wealth advisory firms,  we can help you and your clients establish an IRA to accept QDRO funds, assist with the investment management of the funds and provide additional post-divorce financial planning services through our referral program

  • Assist with all post-divorce wealth and financial guidance needed.
